Garlic breath is so uncool… but garlic is totally good for the heart.  Garlic is among the oldest natural remedy that’s so convenient for use.  It has its share of legend, folklore and history.  Garlic have even been used to ward off vampires in local flicks and some remote areas of Eastern Europe.
