Chocolates: Stay Healthy without Feeling Guilty

There were many times when I feel guilty after having snacked on a bar of my favorite milk chocolate with the extra raisins and nuts. This is just one pleasure I can’t seem to resist, even if I’m fully aware of the consequences of having eaten a whole bar of it.
