Getting Rid of the Blues

Unlike seasonal blues and bad moods, depression is more serious that it can affect a person’s daily life, which can last from weeks to months if not treated properly. There is just an inability to feel joy and a person may become restless and sleepless. It can a mild form of depression or something chronic where one can see hallucinations, or worst, hurt others and themselves. Comfort Food Without Weight Gain: For Real?

Feeling low is part of our everyday lives and there are so many reasons behind the depression crunch that’s hitting more women than ever.  I can very much relate to those moments of blues and sleepless nights, crying my eyes out as I munch a huge bag of chips.  I release all my anger and frustration with the crispy sound of every bite.  It just feels so good until I run out of it and feel that vicious cycle creeping in.
