Green Tea is a popular brew in the East, a counterpart of people’s love for coffee in the West. Since ancient times, the Chinese have known the healing properties of green tea and they used it to cure headaches and depression. Garnered from the leaves of the Camelia Sinensis plant, what makes it different from a black tea is caffeine.
