			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After more than a hundred blog posts on living a natural and healthier lifestyle, another year is coming to give you that chance of doing a complete makeover.  Don&#8217;t waste your time living your life away with unhealthy habits and if you really want to make a change to live the life of your dreams &#8211; it is never really too late.  Start your agenda of living healthy your top of your new year&#8217;s resolution list, as soon as the clock strikes twelve.<span id="more-601"></span></p>
<p>Looking back is never an easy thing to do and you may need to have that discipline and desire to achieve the health you have in mind.  When you are living healthy, you fuel your body with life-giving energy that helps you to think and move each day until you achieve your dreams.  Health is truly a wealth to keep and just like a paper bill, it can easily be lost if you are not careful enough.</p>
<p>For the year 2010, start living a healthier lifestyle by making these resolutions:</p>
<p><strong>1.  Losing Weight</strong></p>
<p>Easy to say but hard to do, this is one tough goal that should be on your A-list, specially when obesity is linked with many serious diseases that shorten a person&#8217;s lifespan.</p>
<p><strong>2.  Stop Smoking</strong></p>
<p>Smoking has never really been cool, no matter how mainstream media make it look like one.  There&#8217;s no reason why you should try quitting again if you had failed in your attempts before.  You can always win by shifting your attention to a more positive outlet of emotion.  Besides, smoking can give you a whole lot of heart and lung disease, not to mention making you look uglier and prematurely older as well.</p>
<p><strong>3.  Get Physical</strong></p>
<p>If you had been living a stagnant life, it&#8217;s time to pick up the pace and get on moving with life.  Exercise is simply good for you &#8211; mind, body, and heart.  A simple walk at lunch time each working day can help you burn those calories that can later contribute to high health risks.  </p>
<p><strong>4.  Healthy Eating</strong></p>
<p>From fruits, vegetables, fibers, and even tofu &#8211; there is simply a good reason why you need to choose healthier food options:  You are What You Eat!  Limit your intake of sugar and saturated fats than can be found in processed or fried foods, vegetable shortening, hydrogenated oil, or margarine in your food.  One goal reached a day can inspire you to be wiser in your food choices.</p>
<p><strong>5.  De-Stress</strong></p>
<p>Life is full of stress.. but you can still enjoy and take a break from your hectic daily schedule.  Learn to do deep breathing exercises or do simple meditation to help you feel stress-free even for a few minutes.  Chronic stress can lead to many major health complications and you don&#8217;t want to weaken your immune system in today&#8217;s free radicals-laden world.</p>
<p><strong>6.  Get Quality Sleep</strong></p>
<p>Nothing beats a good night&#8217;s sleep in bringing your mind and body natural healing. <p>You may have too many reasons to count, but delaying your visit to the doctor may increase your risk of exposure to dangerous or deadly diseases.  Early prevention means early cure.  The sooner you find out, the better chances of survival rate you will have.</p>
<p><strong>10.  Meet People</strong></p>
<p>If you feel depressed lately, turn off that TV and computer, and meet people for real.  Other than having a chance of gaining new friends, you may also meet potential future mates as well.  You may even spend your time developing your social media network and interact with plenty of like-minded folks.</p>
