We have all heard of the famous Thanksgiving turkey making you sleepy, and a lot of myths about sleep that you can only wonder as you try to get a good night’s sleep. We all know that in order for our bodies to be at its optimum health, we need to get enough hours of quality sleep and rest each night. Some people do perfectly well with six hours and some follow the 8-hour rule. Many would agree that the quality of sleep is just as important as the quantity, and if possible, you should sleep without any disturbance.
