<p><em>For real?</em> A study has been made by the famous Wrigley&#8217;s chewing gum company on 115 men and women, ranging from age 18 to 54.  Participants were asked one day to chew sugar-free gum for 15 minutes every hour in a period of three hours.  What is quite amazing is that those who did chew the gum reported to have lesser cravings than those who did.</p>
