I can give you three reasons: You have too much to do, You got to bed late, or You got distracted in your peaceful slumber. Sexual performance can also be a trigger for restlessness at night. When one overeats or take food that are not compatible with your body type, the chances of not getting enough sleep is high. Even alcohols can contribute to cause sleeplessness, by sedating your senses and stimulating it afterwards.
